Hi there, pals!
This time I want to share with you something one of my friends showed me...
As you can see (and hear), this is a song called "Geraldine" (yes, just like me) from a scotch band called Glasvegas.
With this discovery I felt very happy for two reasons:
1.- I like the sound of the band, I think is really good, and
2.- not everybody has a song with her/his name. I have mine and I loved it ♥.
Here's the lyrics in case that (as me) you want to sing along:
When your sparkle evades your soul
I'll be at your side to console
When your standing on the window ledge
I'll talk you back from the edge
I will turn your tide
Be your shepard and your guide
When your lost in the deep and darkest place around
May my words walk you home safe and sound
When you say that I'm no good and you feel like walking
I need to make sure you know thats just the Prescription talking
When your feet decide to walk you on the wayward side
Up upon the stairs and down the downward slide
I will, I will turn your tide
Do all that I can to heal you inside
I'll be the angel on your shoulder
My name is Geraldine, I'm your social worker
I see you need me
I know you do
If you want to know more about this great band, go to www.glasvegas.net
What about you? Do you have a song with your name? Let me know and...
Let it be,

My neighborhood
I live in Las Lomas.
Las Lomas is a regular neighborhood from Maracaibo.
It does has sidewalks but it isn't pedestrian friendly, to be honest.
In my neighborhood there aren't high-rise or a lot of greenery.
In general is a quiet zone except some weekends when my neighbors play loud music.
But we don't mind because every once in a wild we can be loud too.
A good thing about my neighborhood is that it doesn't have traffic congestion.
I have a neighbor, Mrs. Betty, who lives in the house next to mine. She has a lemmon tree and everytime we need lemmons she give us some in a kindly way. That's totally a plus.
Here's a picture of Las Lomas's street.
And well, that's a little bit about my neighborhood. What about yours? Let me know and...

Errands
Hi there, pals!
This time I'll tell you a little bit about the errands I do.
As a student, this trimester, I found myself doing a several new errands.
For example, for my photography class, some days I have to go to the shop and buy some films for my camera.
As an auntie:
The school where my nephew goes is really near from my house, so.. sometimes when I arrive home at noon, my sister ask me to pick up my nephew from school, and I do it.
Also, sometimes I have to take him to his baseball class.
Here he is in his baseball outfit.
As a daughter:
I'm in charge to make all the appointments related with computers and internet. That includes banks, internet shopping and registrations for me and the rest of my family.
And of course, I have to make all that errands that my mother doesn't want to do somedays, as unload the groceries once she arrives home, pick up the drycleaning, leave HER car in the garage, etc.
Let it be,
